Today my heart skipped a beat when I was talking with some other physics majors about our courses. One of them asked me if I had taken 441/442 yet - and I told him that I was taking one winter and one spring… He replied “They don’t offer them then.” Woops!
It turns out that I only have to take one of them - Physics 441, and that’s the one course that I have to take Spring term. (They don’t offer it in the winter). I don’t have to take Physics 442 because I am an Applied Physics major, not a physics major.
