The same company that launched that guy to the International Space Station is looking to send someone around the moon. For a mere $100 million - which is not a bad deal, considering the price of Astronaut Ice Cream at the Smithsonian these days - you can take a several-day trip in outer space (multiple iteneraries available.)
They are also working on a large school-bus size space shuttle to launch all the starving kids in Africa you could have fed with $100 million into space.
