It also counts times when the phone isn't busy, but it says "Circuits Busy" - without a busy signal. Basically, it's just a rough indication. It would be suprising to see the #1 person on Dial Idol in the bottom 3 - but it could happen... Interesting that she was in the bottom 3. I also voted for my cute Elliott and his line was free as well. This could be though that I voted over an hour and a half aftter the show had ended in California. I don't know how legit the voting really is; especially with the vote-for-the-worst sits and all that crap. How legit is American Idol really?
