Yes, it was only a matter of time before some leg warmers showed up as the UKTOTW. These are especially choice because 1) they are being worn over jeans, eliminating the only excuse that would really call for leg warmers (the old, my calves are cold excuse) 2) there is a matching hat to the leg warmers and 3) the setting of the picture looks like some kind of prison.
That barbed wire fence is just one of the many protection measures this sociophobe uses to protect herself. And of course – even if someone gets past that – they will never be able to get past the Leg Warmers / hat thing.
It is a fashion prison.
There are those around us that think there should be more of them.
